Do you sell Nokia, Samsung, Apple iPod, Sony, etc brands?
Yes and No, our products are mainly not mainstream brands. By importing these direct-from-factory non-branded products, you'll stay on the right side of the law, and enjoy unique products incorporating the very latest technology! If they are name brand, they will most likely not be from China. There a few certified factory's in China (most are out of Hong Kong) that can do this. If they are imported, we will have on the description that they are authentic.
If there is a name brand listed on our site it is 100% Authentic. We guarantee that. We have suppliers all over the world and only choose the supplies that have the highest standards.
What if the Product Does Not Arrive?
We guarantee your products will arrive safely in your destination country. In the unlikely event your package is lost, we will re-send the goods or give you a full refund. Please refer to our Terms of Service for details.
Do I Need Special Knowledge for Importing Goods Through Customs?
No, in most countries importing is easy and you don't need to do anything. In small and medium sized orders the whole clearance process at customs is taken care of for you, by the courier or freight company. Our suppliers provide the necessary shipping documents.
How Fast Can I Get My Products?
Please see our Terms of Service. We have many suppliers that have different time guidelines. We do however, choose suppliers with quick delivery times. If you need help tracking your delivery, or have concerns about a delivery time, we'll be on hand to answer your questions.
How Are Goods Shipped To Me From China?
We'll ship your goods to you by express courier. The choice of courier varies according to country, but most countries currently have a choice of some or all of: DHL, FedEx, and UPS. China EMS is also available for certain countries. Air Express Courier: after dispatch from the warehouse in China, the shipment goes to the airport in China, and goes to your nearest major logistics hub. From there the goods are delivered by the courier's local services. Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier. They may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm details of a shipment. In any cases where additional paperwork is required for customs clearance, we will assist as much as possible. Are e-cigarettes legal in the United States?
In the United States, as of November 2009, use is unrestricted, however some imports are being seized. The FDA considers e-cigarettes to be a nicotine delivery system, subject to its approval.
In California, the governor vetoed a bill that would have banned sales, stating "[...] If adults want to purchase and consume these products with an understanding of the associated health risks, they should be able to do so [...]"
What are typical Tax and Duties for Customs in the United States?
Most personal shipments worth up to $200, and gift packages worth up to $100, will pass duty‑free as long as the recipient does not receive multiple packages in a single day whose cumulative value is more than these amounts.
Larger orders are subject to fees.
A fee will also be charged by the US Postal Service of collection of any Customs fees.
What are typical Tax and Duties for Customs in Canada?
All mail items are subject to a CDN$5.00 handling fee payable to Canada Post.
Most products that are sent to a Canadian and worth CDN$20 or less are not subject to duties or taxes.
Items sent to a Canadian as a gift by another person must include a card or notice indicating it is a gift. Clearly identified gifts worth CDN$60 or less are not subject to duties or taxes.
